Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America in Colorado is seeking a CDL-A driver to join the We Haul Wholesome team. You will transport raw milk from dairy farms to processing plants or terminals, operating DFA tractors and trailers.

The role offers home daily scheduling, competitive pay with shift differential, overtime, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, life insurance, and paid time off. Candidates must have a CDL A, tanker endorsement, and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have a current CDL (Class A) in state of residence. Must have, or be able to obtain, a tanker endorsement and drive a manual transmission before interviewing.
• Must have at least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience to be considered. 2 years of tractor/trailer experience within the last 5 years is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet all DOT requirements.
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw milk from farms to processing plants or trucking terminals.
• Operate DFA tractors and trailers. Return home daily.

This Class A CDL Driver role is a Home Daily position!

Additional Pay Details

• Competitive pay based on experience.
• $1.00 shift differential for hours worked between 4 PM and 4 AM
• $0.50 weekend differential for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday
• Overtime pay
• $2500 Referral Bonus

Shift: 5 on / 2 off / 5 on / 3 off; Shift Start time between 2pm - 6pm
