Job summary

Daybreak Foods is seeking a reliable Class A CDL tanker driver to transport shell egg and liquid egg products. You will operate in all weather conditions while prioritizing safety, securing loads, and preparing travel paperwork in line with ICC regulations.

The role requires a minimum of three years of Class A driving experience, a tanker endorsement, and basic computer skills. You will read safety rules, operate handling equipment, and support GMP practices in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Class A CDL driving experience with clean record.
• Tanker endorsement required.
• Limited computer skills preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Drives truck to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations.
• Make sure everything is secure in the trailer.
• Prepares paperwork to meet regulation for travel, document deliveries, and prepare logs to ICC regulation.
• Inspect tractor/trailer, submits reports of indicating vehicle condition.
• Helps facilitate vehicle maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned
