Job summary

LTI, Inc. in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking responsible CDL A drivers to join our safety‑driven team. You will operate heavy commercial vehicles on line hauls with a flexible 4‑4 or 5‑3 schedule and earn a base of $28.50 per hour plus overtime and a safety bonus.

Qualified applicants hold CDL A with Tankers and Doubles endorsements, be at least 21, and pass a background/drug screen. We offer medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) matching, paid time off and six holidays per year.

Qualifications

• CDL A license with Tankers and Doubles endorsements.
• Be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate heavy commercial vehicles safely and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a flexible schedule with 4-4 or 5-3 rotations.
• Adhere to safety/DOT regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
