Blackhawk Transport is seeking a spotter to back trucks into docks and maintain safe, efficient loading operations. Home daily with a consistent schedule and weekend work as required. Earn from $25.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include backing trailers, communicating with dock personnel, and ensuring safety while guiding drivers. CDL A is required, with at least 12 months of tractor-trailer experience and a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• Must feel confident with backing truck and trailer in and out of dock doors.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Back up tractor trailer into dock doors and park at assigned bay.
• Maintain safe and orderly loading/unloading operations.
• Communicate with dock and drivers to ensure smooth transitions.
