Deep South Freight, based in Birmingham, Alabama, is seeking qualified drivers for regional/OTR runs across 48 states and Canada. Top drivers earn between $1,350 and $1,600 gross per week, with a 25% linehaul pay structure and weekly settlements.

The company emphasizes driver quality, offers full benefits, 401k, and a low turnover approach, with home weekends and a one-day orientation. The lease program features late-model equipment, a 70% line haul share, and 12-month lease experience
