Average pay is $1,850 per week with a $250 quarterly safety bonus and loyalty bonuses of $2,000 at 6 months and again at 1 year, plus paid training.

Ryder drivers operate well‑maintained, newer trucks with 24/7 roadside maintenance at 800+ locations, with home time at least every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performs other duties as assigned
