The role includes solo over-the-road driving with 2500–3000 miles per week, 4–5 nights out, and a Sunday–Friday schedule. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL with endorsements, DOT physical, drug testing, and a road test. Experience includes 9 months flatbed in the past 3 years or 2+ years in the last 5 years.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Class A CDL with endorsements
• Must pass Ryder drug test, background check and DOT requirements
• Must have 9 months of flatbed experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years or 5 years in last 10 years

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and company policies
• Load/unload freight as required by the customer or via forklift/manual handling
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain accurate records and logs
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
