Job summary

Optimum Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Class A Dry Van Driver for no-touch freight based near Nashville, TN. You will operate a Sleeper Cab pulling a 53′ Dry Van, on routes within a 700-800 mile radius, with 2,700-3,000 miles per week and 100% no-touch freight.

Shifts are 10-12 hours, Sunday through Friday, with pre/post-trip inspections and DOT compliance. A valid CDL-A and at least 24 months of verifiable driving experience are required, along with a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A is required.
• Minimum 24 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Experience with sleeper cabs and 53′ dry van trailers.
• Experience with drop-and-hook preferred.
• Strong safety record and reliable attendance.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, background check, and MVR review.

Responsibilities

• Earn $0.60 CPM + $15.00 per stop and $1,500–$2,200 per week.
• Work Sunday–Friday with 10–12 hour shifts and varying dispatch times.
• Operate sleeper cab pulling a 53′ dry van; no-touch freight on dedicated routes.
• Haul general freight and wire within a 700–800 mile radius of Nashville, TN.
• Average 2,700–3,000 miles per week with 100% no-touch freight.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance.
