Local CDL-A Shuttle Drivers Needed – Home Daily!

Universal Dedicated of Detroit is seeking reliable CDL-A drivers for local shuttle routes based in Detroit, MI. This is a great opportunity to join a union position with steady freight, consistent schedules, and daily home time.

Pay: $22.50/hour experienced drivers $21.00/hour for 0-1 year experience After 1 year jumps to $24.25/hour

Position Details: Local shuttle operations (home daily) 2nd shift openings 2pm - 11:30 pm Overtime typically 1-5 hours per week Union position with benefits Touch freight (chaining/strapping loads only — no loading/unloading) Stable, year-round work Union position (Teamsters Local 299) Seniority-based route bidding every 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport materials between terminal and customer locations
