Job summary

AZEK Exteriors in Beaver County, PA is seeking a Shipper with CDL A to manage the shipping and receiving of finished goods, ensuring accuracy and safety within the Shipping Department.

A valid CDL and driving experience are required, with a 7am–7pm 2-2-3 rotation and 7am–4pm M-F options. The role pays $27.90 per hour with growth opportunities and includes responsibilities for Bills of Lading, packing, forklift use, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• CDL A with driving experience.
• Math skills with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with legible documentation.
• Strong attendance record with no written warnings in the past year.
• Minimum 1 year shipping experience as a B Shipper.
• Knowledge of part numbers, packaging procedures, and 5S.
• Low shipment error rate (1-2 trucks monthly) and minimal material loss due to forklift activity.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally; long periods of standing.
• Willing to work flexible shifts to meet production demands.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and Receiving: Ensure safe, damage-free shipping and receiving of all loads.
• Maintain and monitor the shipping lot for cleanliness, damage, and proper storage.
• Perform regular 5S housekeeping and recycling tasks.
• Documentation And Communication: Prepare and review shipping documentation including Bills of Lading and Picklists.
• Notify management promptly of issues or abnormalities.
• Communicate with Shipping Group Lead, Supervisor, and Plant Superintendent.
