10-4 Logistics USA in Jackson, MS is seeking recent CDL-A school graduates for a paid mentor-driven regional driving program. You’ll train one-on-one with a mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and gain the experience needed to advance to solo driving.

The program offers $850 per week during paid training, with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Benefits include insurance from day one, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Compliance with DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsabilités

• Train one-on-one with a paid mentor.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight in the Eastern regional fleet.
• Support transition to solo driving after training.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing and safety requirements.
