Job summary

Sysco’s SYGMA Pennsylvania Team seeks a Delivery Driver to safely transport products from the warehouse to customers, trailer loading/unloading, and accurate invoicing per company standards.

Routes are 2–4 per week, with shifts no more than 36 hours. Earns range from $90,000–$95,000 per year, with top earners reaching higher compensation through incentives. Training provided and a path to top earnings is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year tractor trailer driving experience preferred
• Completion of tractor trailer driving school accepted in lieu of or in addition to high school diploma
• Ability to read, speak and understand English sufficiently for safety and customer communication

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer and deliver to stores per customer invoices and company standards
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time (logs, inspections, maintenance reports)
• Maintain food safety and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse areas
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers through professional service
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
