Job summary

Performance Food Group (Core-Mark division) seeks an hourly CDL-A Driver to deliver food and related products across intrastate and interstate routes. You will be the face of the company, ensuring timely, safe deliveries and professional customer interactions.

Base pay is $26/hour plus component pay, with OT after 40 hours and a 4-day work week. Training, benefits starting Day 1, and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent required.
• 1+ year commercial driving experience.
• 1+ years foodservice distribution industry experience.
• Valid CDL-A required.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Report safety hazards and needed repairs.
• Inspect trailer, ensure proper loading and securing of freight.
• Deliver and unload products to customers on a scheduled route.
• Obtain signatures and collect payments when required.
• Secure equipment and complete required paperwork.
