Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a Class A Route Delivery Driver in Omaha, NE with a safety-first mindset and customer-service focus. You will operate company vehicles to transfer freight to scheduled locations, perform loads/unloads, and complete required DOT paperwork.

The role features local, home-daily routes with consistent miles and an hourly pay of $33 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus, along with medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k) match plus paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 21 years of age.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI in past 3 years.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain (renewals reimbursable).

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver and/or pick up freight to/from customer locations and/or terminals as directed.
• Ensure shipping documentation is ready for DOT inspection and accompanies shipments.

This position unloads, sorts, palletizes, and reloads a wide variety of freight, manually or with the aid of a mechanical device.
