TQM is hiring an experienced CDL A Driver for a full-time, home-daily role in Syracuse/Liverpool, NY. Local work with daily home time offers consistent shifts and a steady schedule.

Compensation starts at $28.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours, plus health, dental, vision, 401(k) and supplemental benefits. Jobsites include E. Syracuse or Liverpool NY; 4AM start; no NYC; dock deliveries; no touch.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required at hire.
• Clean MVR and PSP reports.
• No major driving violations in past 36 months.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maneuver Class A commercial vehicles.
• Perform required vehicle inspections.
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable DOT regulations.
• Maintain awareness of pedestrians, other vehicles, and yard equipment.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, yard personnel, and other team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of required documentation.
• Report equipment, vehicle, or safety issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other yard and driving duties as assigned.

TQM is hiring an experiences CDL A Driver in Syracuse/Liverpool, NY for a full-time, home-daily position.

This position is ideal for a professional Class A CDL driver who prefers consistent local work and daily home time.

The position offers $28.00 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours, along with health, dental, vision, 401(k), and supplemental insurance benefits.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 4AM to 6AM Start Time
• No NYC!
• Dock Deliveries
• Live Unload or Drop/Hook - NO TOUCH!
• Automatic Transmission
• Jobsites: E. Syracuse or Liverpool NY

Pay

• $28.00 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours

Duties

• Safely operate and maneuver Class A commercial vehicles
• Perform required vehicle inspections

Qualifications

Candidates must meet applicable company and insurance requirements, including:

• No more than two (2) moving violations and/or accidents within the past three years
• No disqualifying major driving violations within the previous 36 months
• No qualifying suspension or revocation of a driver's license lasting more than 30 days during the previous 36 months
• Valid commercial driver's license at the time of hire
• Acceptable MVR and PSP report

Major Violations

Candidates must not have a citation or conviction within the previous 36 months for major violations including:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Refusal to take a required alcohol or drug test
• Leaving the scene of an accident or hit-and-run
• Fleeing or eluding law enforcement
• Reckless driving or careless endangerment
• Operating a vehicle while suspended or revoked
• Speed exhibition, racing, or drag racing
• Assault involving a motor vehicle
• Reckless homicide or involuntary manslaughter
• Use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony
• Operating a motor vehicle without the owner's permissionOpen-container violations or similar offenses
