Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers for regional, no-touch dry van routes along the Eastern Seaboard. New CDL graduates are welcome and training is provided.

Expect approximately 2,500 miles per week with biweekly home time and day or night shifts. Compensation includes weekly pay of $1,200–$1,400, plus $.55–$.65 per mile, $15 per stop, and a safety bonus; orientation pay is $300. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training.
• At least six months of driving experience in the past year and at least one year in the past three years.
• Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions in the past five years.
• No DUI convictions in the past five years; no felony or misdemeanor convictions in the past 10 years.
• Must not have been terminated from the most recent job.
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.

Responsibilities

• 100% no-touch dry van freight.
• Regional routes along the Eastern Seaboard.
• Approximately 2,500 miles per week.
• Biweekly home time, typically 12 days on the road followed by 2 days at home.
• Day and night driving required.
• New drivers complete 4–6 weeks of training with an experienced driver.

Pay And Benefits

• $1,200–$1,400 per week
• $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on experience
• $15 per stop
• $0.06-per-mile safety bonus for qualifying drivers who maintain a safe record and achieve 7 MPG
• Trainee pay of $650 or more per week during the 4–6-week training period

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age

• At least six months of driving experience within the past year and at least one year within the past three years
• Generally stable 10-year work history, excluding school or training periods, with no major unexplained gaps
• Fairly clean driving record, including no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past five years
• No DUI convictions within the past five years
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 10 years
• Must not have been terminated from the most recent job
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
