Job summary

Smart Logistics Group in Crown Point, IN is hiring CDL-A drivers for easy Midwest regional routes. New CDL-A drivers with 0 experience are welcome, with home every weekend and competitive pay including a performance bonus. Training is paid at $850/week for ~4 weeks while you start on reliable, automatic trucks.

Expect $0.56 per mile with up to $0.08 per mile bonus, plus a $1,000/week minimum for the first 3 months. Steady miles, drop & hook, and safe, dependable teammates complete the package.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required or in possession.
• 0 experience welcome; training provided.
• Commitment to safety and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailers on Midwest regional routes.
• Load/unload as needed and perform pre-trip inspections.
• Maintain on-time deliveries with drop & hook whenever possible.
