Job summary

C.R. England is seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers for a dedicated Family Dollar fleet based in St. George, UT.

This position features guaranteed pay and home weekly with a 34-hour reset, handling roller-unloaded freight across multiple Western states. You will operate company sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions, enjoy paid time off and a 401(k) plan, and be eligible for a Safe and On Time Bonus and holiday sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience

C.R. England is hiring for experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers for our dedicated Family Dollar fleet. We are offering great equipment and Guaranteed Pay!

Twelve Western states, from Arizona and California up to Washington and Montana, make up the delivery map on this dedicated Family Dollar fleet based in St. George, UT.

This is an active job. You unload the trailer yourself using rollers, climbing in and out as needed, so it suits drivers who like to keep moving. Each week ends with a trip home for a 34-hour reset.

• Dedicated Family Dollar freight out of St. George, UT
• Deliveries to customer locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming
• Roller unloading, with climbing in and out of the trailer as needed

Schedule And Home Time:

• Start time is 06:00 am, with workdays of up to 14 hours
• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
• Days off vary with freight demand but fall on weekdays in most cases
• Drivers living in Las Vegas run 2 weeks out followed by 3 days home

Equipment:

• Company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks
• Automatic transmissions
• One of the newest fleets in the country, kept running smoothly so your rig doesn't slow you down

How You Earn:

• Safe and on-time mileage bonus
• Guaranteed $1,400 minimum weekly if driver has no accidents, no service failures, refusals and is available 5.5 days
• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day
• St George backhaul pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage
• Clean DOT Inspection - $25
• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly
• Holiday Sign-On Bonus - $1,000
