Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Regional Truck Drivers to cover the Eastern Seaboard with 100% no-touch dry van freight. The role supports new CDL graduates with hands-on training and ongoing guidance to start a driving career. Drivers will operate regional lanes and may work day or night shifts.

Bi-weekly home time (out 12 days, home 2 days) and a paid orientation are included, with about 2,500 miles weekly on average. Full benefits arrive after 30 days of service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 training hours.
• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in the past 5 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van freight across the Eastern Seaboard.
• Maintain safety regulations and compliant driving.
• Be willing to run day or night shifts.
• Train with a mentor for 4–6 weeks if you have less than 6 months of experience.

Job Details

• 100% no-touch dry van freight
• Regional lanes covering the Eastern Seaboard
• Drivers with less than 6 months of experience will run with a trainer for 4-6 weeks
• Bi-weekly home time: out 12 days, home 2 days
• Paid one-day orientation ($300) at the hub closest to the driver's residence
• Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,500 miles

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,200 to $1,400 per week
• $0.55 to $0.65 per mile, based on experience
• $15 per stop pay
• Trainees earn $650+ per week during the training period (differs in each state)
• Safety bonus of $0.06 per mile for an incident-free record and 7 mpg fuel efficiency
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 training hours

• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs within the past 5 years; no felonies or misdemeanors within the past 10 years
• Stable work history with no major unexplained employment gaps
