Job summary

Cheema Freightlines is hiring CDL-A drivers in the Pacific Northwest. Earn up to 68 CPM mileage pay with bonuses and a weekly direct deposit; home time every 7–10 days and assigned, well-maintained tractors kept for 3 years or newer.

Dry van operation serves 60+ contract customers with high-demand products. Enjoy a driver-friendly, no-touch load environment, strong CSA safety record, and generous bonus opportunities as tenure grows.

Qualifications

• Have a valid CDL-A.
• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within 24 months.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass a DOT-required drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Dry van operation serving 60+ contract customers.
• Our truckload freight includes beverages, dry foods, paper products, retail, & building materials.
• Lots of drop & hook loads, all 100% no-touch - very Driver friendly.
• Get paid weekly by direct deposit.
• Home every 7 to 10 days.
• Assigned trucks, all are 3-years old or newer.
• Very friendly supportive staff - ask our Drivers!
• Great CSA safety record = less time at scales.

Earn up to $1,680 - $2,000+ gross mileage pay / week

Earn up to $84,000 - $100,000 Annually

Plus Earn up to 5 cents / Mile in Bonus Pay Each Calendar Month

• A minimum 10,000 miles + one cpm
• A minimum 11,000 miles + two cpm
• A minimum 12,000 miles + three cpm
• No Preventable Accidents or Compliance Violations + one cpm
• Fuel Bonus for Meeting Minimum Efficiency Score + one cpm
• 25% Increase in Bonuses Earned Upon Reaching 1-year of Tenure
• 5% increase in Bonuses Each Year to a cap of 1.7 x Your Earned Bonus at Ten Years.
