Primary operating areas include West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Kentucky, North Carolina, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio. The company offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a guaranteed $1,650 weekly minimum (28%), paid weekly via direct deposit, plus a robust benefits package and
