Job summary

Cheema Freightlines is hiring CDL-A drivers for dry van routes across the West and Northwest. Earn up to $1,680–$2,000+ gross weekly mileage pay and up to $84,000–$100,000 annually with bonus pay and incentives.

Drivers enjoy 100% no-touch freight, drop-and-hook loads, and home every 7–10 days. Per diem option and weekly direct deposit are available, with assigned, modern tractors for driver-friendly operations.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required
• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within the last 36 months
• Must be 21+ and pass DOT drug screen

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van freight for 60+ contract customers
• No-touch freight with drop and hook
• Be home every 7 to 10 days
• Maintain safety and compliance while on the road

• A minimum 10,000 miles + one cpm
• A minimum 11,000 miles + two cpm
• A minimum 12,000 miles + three cpm
• No Preventable Accidents or Compliance Violations + one cpm
• Fuel Bonus for Meeting Minimum Efficiency Score + one cpm
• 25% Increase in Bonuses Earned Upon Reaching 1-year of Tenure
• 5% increase in Bonuses Each Year to a cap of 1.7 x Your Earned Bonus at Ten Years

Our truckload freight includes beverages, dry foods, paper products, retail, and building materials

Lots of drop and hook loads, all 100% no-touch - very Driver friendly

Terminals in Pacific, WA, Albany, OR, Lathrop CA and Phoenix, AZ

Multiple drop yards in WA, OR, CA, NV and UT for breaks and to help keep you rolling

Get paid weekly by direct deposit

Assigned trucks, all are 3-years old or newer
