Job summary

HWY Express, a CDL-A driver-focused carrier, is seeking regional dry van drivers in Orlando, FL. You will handle 100% no-touch freight with a strong home-time balance, returning home every 7-10 days and enjoying a 34-48 hour reset.

Earn weekly pay from $1,475 to $1,575 with CPM-based compensation and a monthly performance bonus; benefits include medical and dental coverage, a 401K plan, and vacation pay. Pet and rider policies are available.

Drivers haul 100% no-touch dry van freight, with 90% of loads being drop and hook. The high percentage of drop and hook freight helps reduce freight handling while keeping drivers moving throughout the week. A pet and rider policy is also available for drivers who want companionship on the road.

Equipment

Our drivers operate Peterbilt 579 trucks from 2019 or newer. Each truck is equipped with:

• 1500-watt inverters and refrigerators for added comfort and convenience

To streamline the onboarding process, we offer online orientation. Additionally, we provide a rental car and hotel room to facilitate travel to the road test location. Physicals can be completed locally for added convenience.

To Qualify For This Position

Candidates must have a Class A CDL with at least 3 months of recent experience within the last three years and a valid DOT medical physical.
