Job summary

C.R. England is seeking a CDL-A dedicated driver for a home-weekly, regional route based out of Ridgefield, WA. You will handle hand unloading and manage 2–4 loads with 3–4 stops per load, supporting a schedule that offers consistent miles and predictable home time.

The lane services Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah and western Montana with day or night shifts and a 34-hour reset to refresh between runs. Prior CDL-A experience and a safety-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3 months of or more of recent Class A CDL experience.

Responsibilities

• Hand unload the trailer using rollers.
• Operate regional route through WA, OR, ID, UT and MT.
• Maintain weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.
• Drive 2–4 loads with 3–4 stops per load.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

High-paying (hourly plus overtime after 40-hours), home weekly position with a dedicated customer is now hiring

Hand unload the trailer using rollers

Drivers will average of 2-4 loads with 3-4 stops per load

Lane begins in Ridgefield, WA running regional through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Western Montana

Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly

Day off varies, typically includes a Saturday or Sunday

This lane has both day and night shifts, with no set shift

During the holiday season there might be less time off. Based on freight demands during other times, there could be additional time off

Must have a safe authorized place to park the truck if you live more than 50 miles away from Ridgefield, WA

Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day

St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

Clean DOT Inspection - $25

Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

• Training/Retraining Pay - $200 per day

• Backhaul Pickup - $25 per load

• Mentor Pay - $50 per day - $250 per week

• Mentor Road Test - $50 per road test

• Clean DOT Inspection - $25

• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver Requirements:

• Top 10% Annualized 1+ year: $2548.00
