365 Freight USA in Jackson, Mississippi is hiring CDL-A drivers for its regional fleet. The role offers $1,600–$1,800 per week, paid training for qualified graduates, and weekly home time with assigned late-model tractors.

You'll run mostly no-touch dry van freight on regional routes around Mississippi and nearby states, with a safety-focused culture, W-2 employment and benefits starting day one, plus a comprehensive orientation and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for paid graduate training.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT hiring requirements.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes across Mississippi and surrounding areas with weekly home time.
• Drive mostly no-touch dry van freight and drop-and-hook loads when possible.
• Maintain safety and performance standards; participate in training and orientation.
