We offer well-paying regional truck driving opportunities with weekly home time, outstanding benefits, and lots of extras. Earn between $68,000 and $85,000 per year!

Our terminals are located in Greeley, Colorado; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Cactus, Texas; Pittsburg, Texas; Tolleson, Arizona; and Oakwood, Georgia. If you’re in those areas, we have an opportunity for you!

Drive Strong & Make Gains

• Pay Rates: Earn $68,000 - $85,000 annually. Trainees start at $0.60 per mile. Experienced drivers earn $0.64 - $0.69 per mile, depending on experience. Top drivers earn over $95,000.
• Additional Pay: All miles paid loaded or empty unless going home. Extra stop/pickup pay. Orientation pay: $14/hour or up to $196 daily. Lumper fees paid by JBS ($2.50 per thousand pounds). Breakdown pay: $15.50/hour (max 10 hours). Layover pay: $140 after 24 hours of idle time. In transit layover pay: $140 for each load with multiple drops.

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
• Experience with 48’-53' trailers
• Mentor and training programs available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
