Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a CDL-A Regional Touch Freight Driver in Joliet, IL. This role offers weekly earnings around 1,500–1,700 with top pay 2,000+ and annual earnings of 75,000–100,000. Home time is 3–4 times per week, with additional pay for unloading, backhauls, and stops.

Starting location is Joliet, IL, with a running area across several midwest states. Training is provided, and a generous sign-on bonus is paid in installments through 180 days.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience; confirm minimum with recruiting.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.
• Patience and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to unload physically demanding freight safely.
• Willingness to follow safe unloading practices and work variable shifts and days.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to retail stores with 100% driver-unloaded touch freight.
• Unloading, backhauls, and stops to maximize earnings.
• Maintain on-time deliveries within Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky.
• Operate International and Freightliner tractors.
• Communicate with on-site support staff.
