Job summary

Flint Logistics is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for a regional East Coast setup based in Nashville, TN. Expect 2,800–3,200 miles weekly with 100% no-touch, drop and hook loads and a typical 7–8 day out before a 48-hour home reset. Orientation includes paid days and travel covered.

Drivers receive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, company-paid life insurance, rider policy, and a pet policy. Orientation pay of $500 is provided; salary ranges $1,500–$2,000 per week.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL license required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• At least 6 months regional or OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Haul general dry van freight with 100% no-touch loads.
• Operate regional East Coast routes totaling 2,800–3,200 miles per week.
• Maintain home time: 48-hour reset after 7–8 days out.
• Capable of drop and hook on most loads; some live load/unload as needed.
