CDL-A Dedicated Driver | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Looking to maximize your regional driving income with an elite, recession-proof retail account? We have immediate openings for solo Class A drivers on a dedicated retail account out of Windsor, CT. This high-paying position combines excellent mileage rates with premium unload pay, massive summer incentives, and consistent weekly home time.

Pay & Earnings

• Weekly Gross Average: $1,600 to $1,850 per week (Top performers clear $2,500+ weekly all-in).
• Annual Potential: $104,000 annually.
• All-In Mileage Average: Factor in base rates + accessorials for an outstanding $1.90 per mile average.
• Unload & Backhaul Pay: Earn a premium $240 per fully unloaded trailer and $75 per backhaul.
• NYC Borough Premium: Receive an extra $250 for NYC borough deliveries utilizing 26 ft pup trailers.
• Experience-Based CPM Scale:
  • 0–11 Months: $0.73/mi
  • 1–2 Years: $0.74/mi
  • 2–3 Years: $0.75/mi
  • 3+ Years: $0.76/mi

Urgent: Summer Retention Bonus

• Extra Cash: Earn an additional $337.50 per week between 5/18/26 and 8/15/26 just for maintaining full weekly availability and pulling account loads.
• Payout Dates: Paid out on 7/3/26 and 8/21/26.
• Deadlines: Must be fully trained, onboarded, and actively pulling loads by 7/27/26. Drivers must be actively employed at the time of payout. Note: Any shop time during the week disqualifies that week's bonus eligibility.

Account Details & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (weekend home time is not guaranteed).
• Freight Profile: 100% touch freight. Live store unloads delivering box-by-box using rollers. Occasional Family Dollar store deliveries included.
• Running Area: Servicing CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, and ME. All deliveries are within a 1,066-mile radius of the Windsor, CT distribution center.
• Averages & Training: Track an average of 900 miles per week, running 3 loads. Includes 1 to 3 days of paid ride‑along training with an experienced driver at $150/day.
• Schedule Reality: Dedicated regional operation requiring consistent night, weekend, and holiday driving.

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus Schedule

• First Load: $250
• 30 / 60 / 120 / 150 Days: $250 per milestone
• 90 Days: $500
• 180 Days: $750 (Drivers must be active on the payroll on each payout date. Bonus structure subject to modification under company standards; employment remains at-will).

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with patience and strong customer service skills.
• 3 months of experience required in the last 36 months.
• Clean MVR & background.
• Not SAP Friendly.
• Must bring 2 weeks' worth of personal supplies to the Shippensburg orientation site.
• Immediate Dispatch: Upon hire, you will be dispatched immediately to Windsor, CT for account training.
• Secure Parking: Drivers must have secure parking for their truck and trailer. You are authorized to park at any dedicated store location or distribution center.
