Job summary

O'Connell Motor Freight INC is offering a paid training path for CDL-A graduates to begin regional dry van work without prior professional driving experience.

After completing at least 120 hours of CDL instruction and meeting DOT standards, you will move into regular regional runs with drop-and-hook freight, brand-new trucks, and steady weekly home time. Training is paid, with weekly pay of $1,600–$1,800+ after transitioning to normal routes.

Qualifications

• No professional driving experience required if 120 hours CDL instruction completed.
• Must have valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from a CDL school.
• Paid training before moving into regional work.

Responsibilities

• After training, haul dry van freight on regional routes with drop-and-hook loads and brand-new trucks.
• Weekly home time.
• Weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday.
