Job summary

O'Connell Motor Freight is offering a path for CDL-A graduates to start regional dry van driving without prior experience. After completing at least 120 hours of CDL instruction and meeting DOT standards, you’ll begin paid training before moving into regular regional work.

You'll haul dry van freight on regional routes with drop-and-hook loads in brand-new trucks, enjoy weekly home time and weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday.

Qualifications

• No years of professional driving experience required.
• Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from a CDL school.
• CDL school graduates get a paid path into regional work.

Finding your first driving job should not require years of experience.

O'Connell Motor Freight offers CDL-school graduates a paid path into regional dry van work. If you completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction and meet company and DOT standards, no professional driving experience is required.

You must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from a CDL school.

2. COMPLETE PAID TRAINING

Qualified new drivers receive paid training before moving into regular regional work.

3. START RUNNING STEADY FREIGHT

After training, you will haul dry van freight on regional routes with drop-and-hook loads and brand-new trucks.

The position offers weekly home time and weekly pay of $1,600-$1,800+ direct deposit every Friday.
