NRS is seeking a reliable Regional Driver to join our Compton, CA team. You will haul regional routes with no-touch freight on a multi-day cycle, with on-site dispatch and weekly direct-deposit pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience or equivalent military experience.
• Clean driving record (MVR, PSP, and previous employment).
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical requirements.
• Current DOT physical certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.
• Ability to manage time effectively and plan routes efficiently.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Regional Driver to join our team in Compton, CA. This position involves longer-distance driving that may require multiple days on the road, typically within a specific region. The freight is NO TOUCH, and some store deliveries involve drop and hook operations.

Compensation

• Weekly Avgerage: Up to $1,750
• 61 CPM
• Average 2,500 miles per week
• Overtime paid after 40 hours

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Weekly home time - Regional routes with a rolling schedule

Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years of age

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• Ability to work in various weather conditionsPhysical capability for climbing in and out of truck cabs and trailers
• Compliance with all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment
• Must live within 50 miles of Compton, CA
