Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-A drivers for regional dry van work with weekly home time and a paid training program. The role is a W2 position with direct deposit every Friday and a 3–5 week paid training period for qualified new CDL graduates.

Drivers will operate late-model equipment on regional routes, with mostly no-touch freight and a high rate of drop-and-hook. Benefits include day-one medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction for paid training eligibility
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van freight with regular weekly home time.
• No-touch freight with high drop-and-hook loads when possible.
• Receive paid training and orientation before starting regular routes.
• W2 company driver role with weekly direct deposit and steady pay.
