Job summary

HWY Express is seeking a full-time CDL-A truck driver based in Wilmington, NC. You will haul no-touch general commodity freight mostly east of I-35, with occasional loads to all 48 states to keep miles steady.

Expect home time every other weekend (48-hour reset) and weekly earnings of $1,600–$1,700. Modern 2021+ Freightliner/Kenworth tractors support comfort and reliability on long hauls.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with at least 3 months of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 36 months.
• Regional or local experience qualifies.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch general commodity freight primarily east of I-35 with no NYC routes.
• Occasional freight to all 48 states to maintain a balanced network and steady miles.
