The Driving Desk is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional fleet serving Arizona and Southern California. This role offers no-touch freight, consistent weekly miles, and weekly home time, with home weekly schedules and 34-hour resets.

Drivers operate in Southern California including Los Angeles and San Diego, with occasional California layovers. Weekly earnings average $1,355–$1,600, with annual earnings around $70k–$83k depending on miles and stops.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.
• Must live within 60 miles of Phoenix, AZ or Colton, CA.
• Comfortable operating throughout Arizona and Southern California.
• Ability to back a 53-foot trailer into tight retail locations.
• Willing to complete overnight California layovers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
• Deliver dedicated retail freight throughout Arizona and Southern California.
• Complete approximately 3–4 loads per week.
• Average approximately 9 delivery stops per week.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance.
• Deliver freight safely while providing excellent customer service.
