Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional team. The role runs 53' reefer and dry van trailers across Utah, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Colorado and Wyoming with 2,500–3,000 miles weekly and 34+ hour resets.

Weekly home time and a strong mentor program for new drivers are offered. Full benefits after 30 days include medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO. Shift flexibility includes day and night as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL graduates from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training are welcome to apply.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years; all criminal records reviewed by safety.
• Solid 10-year work history with minimal unexplained employment gaps (max 6 months in the last year, 1 year in last 3 years).
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer and dry van trailers on regional lanes.
• Run approximately 2,500–3,000 miles per week with weekly home time.
• No-touch freight with drop/Hook and some live load/unload.
• Work day and night shifts as needed.
• New drivers receive 4–6 weeks of mentor training before solo driving.
