Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a CDL-A Dedicated Driver for West Memphis, AR, to operate a regional dry‑van route covering AR, TX, OK, TN, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL and AL. You’ll average about 1,500 miles per week on a schedule with a weekly 34‑hour reset and 3 loads per week.

Freight is unloaded with roto-carts and liftgates, and the fleet uses 53‑foot trailers with sleeper cabs. Valid CDL-A, at least 3 months’ verifiable experience, a clean driving record, and a current DOT Medical Card are required; SAP

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable truck-driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.
• Ability to unload freight using roto-carts and liftgates.
• Must be able to secure truck parking at home or another approved secure location.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated regional dry van operation.
• Starting location: West Memphis, AR.
• Delivery territory includes AR, TX, OK, TN, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL.
• Deliveries require unloading freight using roto-carts and liftgates.
• Automatic sleeper trucks pulling 53-foot dry van trailers.
• Driver must have a suitable place to park the truck at home or another secure location.
