Serta Simmons Bedding is seeking a Class A CDL driver based in Monroe, OH to run regional routes with home nightly schedules. You’ll handle partial touch freight, including tailgating with cart assistance, and perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and DOT compliance.

The role offers a competitive starting pay of $30.09/hour, a full-time schedule with 40–70 hours per week, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with a clean driving history.
• 2+ years of verifiable CDL A experience.
• Age 21+ and DOT qualified.
• Ability to tailgate mid-weight freight using cart assistance.
• Excellent time management and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
• Deliver on time while providing outstanding customer service.
• Conduct accurate pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with dispatch, customers, and internal teams through clear communication.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
