Job summary

Elite Solution Organization, an Amazon Freight Partner, is seeking a CDL-A Truck Driver for local routes in Charlotte, NC. You’ll haul Amazon freight on scheduled regional routes, work with modern equipment, and enjoy predictable home time and weekly pay.

Starting pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, with annual earnings up to $65,000. Benefits include health and vision insurance, paid time off, referral bonuses, and opportunities to advance into driver trainer or operations roles.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum one year of verifiable Class A CDL experience OR six months of verifiable OTR Class A CDL experience.
• Ability to pass DOT Physical.
• Ability to pass DOT Drug Screen.
• Pass a background check.
• Comfortable using ELDs and mobile technology.
• Safety-focused with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
• Transport Amazon freight on scheduled regional routes.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete electronic logs and trip documentation.
• Deliver freight safely and on time.
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations.
• Represent Elite Solution Organization professionally.
