Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum 18 months of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
• Strong, safe driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable operating on established routes.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight from Kansas City, KS to Keystone cross-dock locations (Denver, CO; Fargo, ND; La Crosse, WI; Bridgeton, MO) while complying with DOT and company standards.
• Operate 53-foot dry vans with Freightliner Cascadia tractors.
• Maintain safety, on-time delivery, and fuel efficiency on established routes.

Location: Kansas City, KS
Starting Pay: $0.60 CPM; $30/hour for training, PTO, and holidays
Estimated Weekly Earnings: $1,560 based on an average of 2,600 miles per week
Estimated Annual Earnings: $75,000- $100,000
Retention Bonus: $5,000
Schedule: Evening regional routes departing between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. EST
