Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.

• Strong, safe driving record.
• Must meet DOT requirements and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Current Passport/Fast Pass or ability to obtain one upon hire with company support.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight from Exeter, PA to Keystone cross-dock locations following DOT standards.
• Operate 53-foot dry vans with 2023+ Freightliner/Cascadia tractors.
• Maintain safety and on-time delivery while adhering to routes and schedules.

CDL A Regional Driver - Home Daily

Location: Exeter, PA

Starting Pay: $0.63 CPM; $30/hour for training, PTO, and holidays

Estimated Weekly Earnings: $1,638 based on an average of 2,600 miles per week

Estimated Annual Earnings: $75,000-100,000

Retention Bonus: $7,500

Schedule: Regional routes with some daily runs and one overnight run, departing between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. EST

About the Role

In this role, you will transport freight from Exeter, PA to Keystone cross-dock locations, including Cornwall, ON; Moncton, NB; Rochester, NY; West Deptford, NJ; Sterling, MA; Richmond, VA; and York, PA, while operating safely and in compliance with DOT and company standards.

You'll drive 2023 or newer Freightliner/Cascadia tractors paired with 53-foot dry vans.

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years of age
