Job summary

GAATCO is seeking a CDL-A regional driver to join our fleet and enjoy weekend home time in Romeoville, IL. This role offers pay of $0.72–$0.74 per practical mile with weekly pay between $1,500 and $1,800 for experienced drivers on a no-touch dry van network.

You will operate regional runs with modern Freightliner Cascadia tractors, Hazmat for higher pay tier, and opportunities for transition bonuses and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required; Hazmat endorsement preferred for higher pay tier.
• 8 months of tractor-trailer experience required.
• Hazmat endorsement for higher pay tier is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes with no-touch freight where applicable.
• Deliver freight on a regional schedule with weekend home time.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements while maintaining driver logs.
