Job Type: Driver

We are hiring CDL-A Regional Dedicated Solo Drivers based in Martinsburg, WV. Drivers run regional routes across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast, hauling industrial cleaning supplies.

This position offers strong starting mileage pay, a weekly minimum guarantee, mileage performance bonuses, extra-stop pay, and a $500 transition bonus. Drivers are generally home by Friday evening with a guaranteed 34-hour reset at home each week.

Pay and bonuses

Starting pay: $0.70 CPM for all drivers

After one year: $0.71 CPM

Weekly average: $1400 - $1500

Mileage performance bonus: additional $0.02 CPM on all miles when reaching 2,000 miles in a week

Extra-stop pay: $25 for each stop after the initial stop

Transition bonus: $500 paid in full on the driver’s second paycheck

Schedule and home time

Workweek generally begins Monday morning

Occasional Sunday departure may be required based on customer needs

Drivers are usually home by Friday evening

Drivers may stay out longer if they choose

Guaranteed 34-hour reset at home each week

What you will do

Haul industrial cleaning supplies on regional dedicated routes

Driver requirements

Valid Class A CDL

Able to run a five-day regional schedule

Comfortable with occasional driver-assisted unloading
