FirstFleet is seeking CDL A drivers for Knoxville, TN regional routes. The role offers home time most nights, Monday–Friday with rotating weekend work, and a 5am–6am start window for 10/12 hour shifts. Equipment is late model and the program includes various quarterly bonus opportunities.

Pay includes 51 CPM, minimum trip pay, stop pay, and weekly minimum guarantee. Benefits cover medical, dental, vision, hearing, 401(k) matching, and PTO after 90 days.

Pay

• Weekly minimum guarantee: $1200 (conditional)
• Weekly average: $1200 - $1450 (+)
