Job summary

Emergence Logistics LLC in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Class A CDL driver for regional runs with home time every 2 days. Pay is $25.00–$27.00 per hour plus full benefits. Routes are dedicated short-haul starting and ending in Harrisburg, with a 36‑hour rotation and about 45 hours per week.

You will drive 13 hours, rest 10 hours, then 13 hours back, and enjoy 4 consecutive days off every other week. Requirements include PA Class A CDL, 21+, clean MVR, ability to pass a DOT medical exam and drug

Qualifications

• Age 21+ with valid driving privileges
• Valid Pennsylvania Class A CDL
• 3 months of 53ft trailer experience preferred
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and no CDL suspensions
• DOT physical and drug screen ability

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes starting and ending in Harrisburg, PA
• Maintain safe, on-time delivery and compliant driving logs

Schedule & Route Details

• Routes: Dedicated short-haul regional runs starting and ending in Harrisburg, PA.
• Shift Structure: 36-hour rotation (13-hour drive / 10-hour mandatory rest / 13-hour drive back).
• Weekly Schedule: Alternates between 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next (average 45 hours/week).
• Home Time: You are home for 10 hours between runs and home for 4 full consecutive days after your shift block ends.

Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) issued in Pennsylvania.
• Experience: Minimum 3 Months of experience pulling 53ft trailers preferred.
• Safety Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and no current CDL suspensions.
• Medical: Ability to pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using smartphone apps for GPS and route logs.
