Velocity TruckingPros LLC based in Crown Point, Indiana is offering a regional truck driving position with competitive pay ranging from $1,500 to $2,000 weekly. Ideal candidates will have a valid Class A CDL and a strong work ethic.

You’ll benefit from consistent home time, competitive pay per unload, backhauls, and stops, as well as a $2,500 sign-on bonus. After 60 days, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are available.

Job description

Look, you didn't get your CDL just to scrape by. You put in the time, you put in the miles, and you deal with a lot out there. So let's be real- are you actually getting paid what you're worth?

This regional gig is for drivers who don't mind working a little harder and actually want to see that effort show up in their paycheck. We're talking $1,500–$1,700 a week on average, and if you really push it, $2,000+ weeks aren't out of reach. Top drivers are clearing $75K–$100K a year.

And it's not just about the miles. You get paid for unloading, for stops, for backhauls- it adds up fast.

Here’s the breakdown:

• $245 per trailer unload
• $70 for backhauls
• $25 per stop
• Up to $0.85 per mile depending on experience
• Plus a $2,500 sign‑on bonus to get you started

Home time? Yeah, we actually care about that. Most of our drivers are home 3–4 times a week, usually every other day for a 10‑hour reset. Enough to actually see your family, sleep in your own bed, and not feel like you live in your truck.

The freight is steady – mostly running through Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky. You'll be in newer Freightliners and Internationals, and it's 100% touch freight, so if you like staying active, this is your kind of work.

We don't just throw you the keys and wish you luck either. You get two paid days of ride‑along training at $150/day, and there's always someone on‑site if you need support.

A few things to know up front:

This job keeps you moving. That means nights and weekends are part of the schedule—it just depends on when the freight needs to roll. You'll also need to park your truck at the terminal or distribution center (no home parking), and you've got to be physically able to handle the unloading.
