Swift Transportation is hiring for a Refrigerated OTR Regional CDL-A driving role based out of Decatur, GA. This lane covers Central, East, North Central, and South Central regions and offers bi-weekly home time, with weekly pay and a performance bonus.

Starting July 13, 2026, drivers may receive a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days of solo driving, with an average weekly pay of $1,250.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Will Train New Drivers available.
• Home every 2 weeks while on the road.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test.
