Job summary

C.R. England, the premier refrigerated carrier in the country, is hiring an experienced CDL‑A driver for a dedicated account out of Shafter, CA. This is a no‑touch freight position with 1 to 5 stops and a possible backhaul back into the distribution center.

Valid CDL‑A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required; lane not suitable for students or trainees. Drivers average about 1,700 miles per week; home time is a 34‑hour reset weekly; shifts start between 3PM‑9PM.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and 21 years or older.
• 3 months of Class A CDL experience or more.
• Willing to commute to work and meet job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate sleeper trucks with 53-ft dry van and reefer trailers.
• Deliver on a dedicated route from Shafter, CA to CA/NV locations.
• Maintain compliance with safety and company policies; no-touch freight.
