Compensation & Benefits

• OTR pay: top drivers over $100,000 (2024 data) and typical earnings between $75,000 – $100,000+
• Average miles: 2,500–3,000 weekly
• Weekly guaranteed pay
• 100% no-touch freight
• Orientation pay: $180/day and $500 upon completion
