Job summary

Magnum is hiring CDL-A OTR Solo Company Drivers to operate reefers from Midwest City, Oklahoma. Our top drivers have earned $100,000+ in 2025, with a sign-on bonus and ongoing mileage bonuses.

NO LOCAL ROUTES—this is for OTR runs. Attend orientation and start earning an additional per-mile bonus for the first 12 months, plus an extra cent per mile for completing orientation and early start. The more miles you drive, the bigger your earnings grow, year-round.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• OTR driving experience preferred.
• Reefer trailer experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A reefer truck on an over-the-road solo basis.
• Maintain compliance and safety on all routes.
• Report to orientation and participate in mileage bonus programs.
